When we got engaged, the first thing I booked was a florist. We decided to get married in our garden as we both love nature and plants so picking the right florist was so important to us. From the first email to Carmel in Mount Alexander Flowers, she was a dream to work with. She visited our garden a couple of times, took photos and measurements, talked us through what would work best, sent examples of flowers and colours etc. She made everything so easy. She then invited us up to her garden to see the flowers and ensure we were happy with them. She went above and beyond to capture our vision of a flower filled garden. On the morning she arrived early to set up and she transformed our garden. My bouquet was incredible. My husbands button hole was beautiful and even out dog got a special floral collar. She really took on board what was important to us. I got so many comments from our guests on the flowers. They were stunning. Such gorgeous quality and arranged so beautifully. Carmel then brought the flowers to the hotel to decorate our reception room. She generously replaced any flowers that had gotten damaged in the garden and our reception room looked and smelled beautiful. Our house was filled with flowers that lasted weeks. We love how Carmel grows her flowers chemical free, which was very important to us. She uses sustainable techniques so we could reuse the pots and vases after which was great. I cannot recommend Carmel and Mount Alexander Flowers enough. She is kind, thoughtful and passionate about what she does. Her flowers are so beautiful and her skill for making your vision come to life is outstanding. We cannot thank Carmel enough for making our day stress free and ever so beautiful
